Alexia Jordan serves as the Manager of Stakeholder Relations at the Alliance to Save Energy, where she leads the organization's member engagement strategy and drives efforts to strengthen relationships across ASE's diverse coalition of businesses, utilities, manufacturers, technology providers, and public-sector partners.

Since joining the Alliance in August 2023, Alexia has played a central role in revitalizing ASE’s membership systems and strengthening the overall stakeholder experience. She has strengthened ASE’s stakeholder engagement systems by improving lead capture, streamlining onboarding, and enhancing coordination across teams.

In her role, Alexia manages retention and recruitment for Associate Members, supports Board-level engagement, and serves as a primary point of contact for members across the policy committees and Alliance convenings. She frequently represents ASE at external events and has moderated sessions on workforce development and industry collaboration.

Alexia is known for her strategic, human-centered approach to stakeholder work—shaped by her background in psychology and user experience. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Montclair State University and completed a UI/UX Design Career Track Certification through Springboard, where she trained in user research, experience design, and systems thinking. She applies these skills to better understand member needs, reduce friction in engagement, and design scalable processes that help ASE deliver high-value policy, programming, and partnership opportunities.
