The Clean Power Plan rule is the first regulation to place limits on power plants’ CO2 emissions. Released by the Environmental Protection Agency on August 3rd, 2015, the final Clean Power Plan Rule requires each State to develop a plan to cut power plants’ CO2 emissions by specific targets.

Please join us on Wednesday, October 28th for an intimate discussion with U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Under Secretary for Science and Energy, Dr. Franklin (Lynn) Orr. As DOE's Under Secretary, Dr. Orr advises the Secretary and Deputy Secretary on clean energy technology, science and energy research initiatives. He also oversees six DOE offices, including the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy.
