The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is announcing four public hearings to be held on the proposed “Federal Plan Requirements for Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Electric Utility Generating Units Constructed on or before January 8, 2014; Model Trading Rules; Amendments to Framework Regulations.” The hearings will provide interested parties the opportunity to present data, views, or arguments concerning the proposed action. The EPA will make every effort to accommodate all speakers who wish to register to speak at the hearing venue on the day of the hearing.

November 12, 2015 | Carson City

The Nevada Division of Environmental Protection will hold a public stakeholder meeting to discuss the development of Nevada's plan to reduce carbon emissions from existing fossil fuel power plants in compliance with the Clean Power Plan.  

November 10, 2015 | Dover

DNREC will hold an informal listening session on federal Clean Power plan to hear from Delawareans as the Department prepares to develop its plan to reduce carbon pollution from power plants. In addition to the listening session, the Department will accept comments on Delaware’s compliance EPA’s Clean Power Plan through December 31, 2015.  The Department is soliciting comments on the Clean Energy Incentive Program component of the CPP and on the EPA-proposed Federal Plan that serves as a model rule for states developing their state plans.
