Join us at the next Alliance event
Featuring leading experts and stakeholders in the efficiency community, Alliance events move us toward our goal of a more energy-efficient world through starting dynamic conversations on principal issues, launching new initiatives, and honoring champions.
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) will hold a stakeholder meeting to engage the public in the formation of a state compliance plan for the Clean Power Plan to be held Tuesday, November 17. The MPCA has also posted a request for comments as it begins to assess potential pathways for compliance with the Clean Power Plan’s emission guidelines. Interested parties may submit comments to Katie Izzo.
The EPA’s Clean Power Plan is finally here, and so are the lawsuits challenging it. This panel will discuss the ongoing litigation related to the Clean Power Plan and likely outcomes. The panel is part of Vermont Law School’s second annual Alumni in Energy Symposium.
The RGGI participating states will also use the regional 2016 Program Review stakeholder meetings as an opportunity to receive comments from stakeholders and experts on potential compliance with the EPA Clean Power Plan. This meeting will solicit stakeholder input on RGGI program design elements, including considerations for potential compliance under the EPA Clean Power Plan.
Teleconference and webinar will also be available.
