The Alliance collaborates with utilities through its Clean and Efficient Energy Program for Public Power (CEEP) and works with utility partners to give utilities the resources and support they need to save energy – and to help their customers do the same.
Launched in early 2009 by the Alliance in partnership with the American Public Power Association (APPA) and the Large Public Power Council (LPPC), CEEP is a nationwide initiative to assist public power utilities in the planning, design, implementation, and evaluation of energy efficiency and renewable energy activities.
Utility Workforce Development
The Alliance leverages relationships with its utility partners to design and deliver high-quality training programs to existing utility staff. The Alliance also works to cultivate partnerships that will groom the next generation of energy efficiency professionals.
