The Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works will convene an oversight hearing to examine the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) proposed carbon dioxide emissions rules from new, modified, and existing power plants. The purpose of the hearing is to examine the proposed rules, their impacts and obtain general status update.
