Background: A gathering of the brightest and most innovative minds in utility marketing and 
implementation will be in Baltimore to share their insights, experiences and knowledge. 300 attendees 
are expected to attend and take advantage of the conference sessions, training courses, networking and

Agenda: Topics and speakers are selected through a targeted call-for-paper process.
