Directions:
We will be at the U.S. Capitol Visitor Center (CVC) North Congressional Meeting Room (CVC 268), which is accessed via the public entrance on First Street and East Capitol Street in Washington, D.C. It is situated on the lower level (second floor below the Great Hall) in the north wing of the visitor center.
Key Location Details:
Entrance: First St SE & E Capitol St NE, Washington, DC 20004.
Directions: After CVC security, take the stairs or elevator to the lower level; it is located north of the central atrium with eight columns.
PLEASE LEAVE YOURSELF AMPLE TIME TO GET THROUGH HEIGHTENED SECURITY.

10:15-10:40 a.m.: Hill Day Prep Session/Orientation

- Hill logistics and flow of the day
- Core messaging themes and framing
- Materials and how to use them in meetings
- Final group assignments and coordination
10:45 a.m.: Group Photo, Depart for Congressional Meetings
Noon-1:15 p.m. Lunch, CVC 268 (Meeting Room)
11 a.m.-5 p.m. Hill Meetings
