Register today for the Alliance to Save Energy's Annual Hill Day on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, in Washington, DC. Join us as we host more than 20 meetings with Congressional offices to advocate for energy efficiency-first policies! This is one of our most impactful and high-energy events of the year, where your expertise and presence help shape federal energy efficiency policy on the Hill. 
 
This exclusive day includes a full day of Hill meetings organized into curated tracks aligned with your industry focus and home-state priorities. Last year, we hosted over 40 members and facilitated more than 30 Hill meetings, and we’re aiming to have a greater impact this year! 

Location: Capitol Visitors Center, North Congressional Meeting Room (CVC 268)

Directions:

We will be at the U.S. Capitol Visitor Center (CVC) North Congressional Meeting Room (CVC 268), which is accessed via the public entrance on First Street and East Capitol Street in Washington, D.C. It is situated on the lower level (second floor below the Great Hall) in the north wing of the visitor center. 

Key Location Details:

Entrance: First St SE & E Capitol St NE, Washington, DC 20004.

Directions: After CVC security, take the stairs or elevator to the lower level; it is located north of the central atrium with eight columns.

PLEASE LEAVE YOURSELF AMPLE TIME TO GET THROUGH HEIGHTENED SECURITY.

8:45/9-10 a.m.: (Members Only) Policy Committee Meeting + Breakfast

10:15-10:40 a.m.: Hill Day Prep Session/Orientation

Focus:

  • Hill logistics and flow of the day
  • Core messaging themes and framing
  • Materials and how to use them in meetings
  • Final group assignments and coordination

10:45 a.m.: Group Photo, Depart for Congressional Meetings

Noon-1:15 p.m. Lunch, CVC 268 (Meeting Room) 

11 a.m.-5 p.m. Hill Meetings
