Aimee Skrzekut is the President and CEO of Synergy 360 Solutions, a boutique consulting firm that helps organizations strengthen their triple bottom line—people, planet, and profit. She partners with executives across industries to design integrated strategies that elevate performance, improve organizational alignment, and build long‑term resilience. Her work reflects Synergy 360’s core belief that sustainable success emerges when organizations balance financial strength with human well‑being and sustainable operational practices.
Aimee brings extensive experience in strategic leadership, business development, partnership cultivation, stakeholder engagement, and innovative resource design. She has advised cooperatives, corporations, nonprofits, and mission‑driven organizations, helping leaders navigate complexity, strengthen internal capacity, and position their organizations for durable growth.
Before founding Synergy 360 Solutions, Aimee served as President & CEO of the Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance (SEEA), where she led regional initiatives that improved organizational performance, expanded access to high‑quality services, and supported strong local economies. Her leadership emphasized practical, scalable solutions that delivered measurable results and attracted essential new investment to the region.
Earlier in her career, Aimee led the National Justice Center and the International Judicial Division at the American Bar Association, overseeing complex programs, managing diverse teams, and securing significant funding to strengthen justice systems. These experiences—combined with her consulting and executive roles—underscore her ability to enhance financial performance and resource generation as part of a balanced, triple‑bottom‑line approach to management.
Aimee is a graduate of the Institute for Georgia Environmental Leadership. Her volunteer leadership includes serving as Treasurer and CFO of the Sierra Cancer Wellness Foundation, board member of the Alliance to Save Energy, and past service on the Beneficial Electrification Advisory Board, Touchstone Energy’s Energy Solutions Committee, HealthConnect One, and leading the AESP Chicago chapter. She holds both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Illinois.
