2022 Engagement Opportunities

While Associate membership is the primary means in which companies and organizations engage with the Alliance, we also offer strategic initiatives and events that enable Associate and non-Associate organizations to engage on a specific topic, serve as subject matter experts, and/or increase their visibility within the community. In 2022 the Alliance will offer the following:

Strategic Initiatives

Active Efficiency

The Active Efficiency Collaborative is a community of industry leaders, NGOS, and public sector institutions working to accelerate the equitable adoption of Active Efficiency, which integrates digital innovations, smarter and more connected systems, and distributed energy resources with traditional energy efficiency methods. The group achieves results by deepening collaboration among stakeholders, cultivating champions, and developing strategies and policies to scale up Active Efficiency at federal, state, and local levels for a cleaner and more equitable energy system.

Participation in the Active Efficiency Collaborative is available at two levels: $20,000 for the Steering Committee and $10,000 for Working Team-level; view the Collaborative prospectus for additional details.

Energy 2040

2022 marks a decade since the formation of the Alliance’s National Commission on Energy Efficiency Policy and the subsequent Energy 2030 work. In this anniversary year, the Alliance will reconvene the Commission to help lead Energy 2040, a new initiative to create a roadmap for a just energy transition – one that prioritizes energy efficiency to meet our climate imperatives while advancing energy equity, reliability, and affordability. It is also intended to provide the framework for the Alliance’s policy and advocacy work for the coming decade.

Participation in Energy 2040 is available at two levels: $20,000 for the Leadership Circle, and $10,000 for the Commission; view the prospectus for additional details.

Energy Efficiency Impact Report

In 2019 the Alliance, ACEEE, and BCSE published the first quantitative narrative describing the state of the EE market and benefits that efficiency brings to America. In 2022 we will be partnering again to develop the second edition of the Energy Efficiency Impact Report. The report will build on the first edition to provide concise data on the power of efficiency and tell the story of its multiple economic and social benefits.

Participation on the report planning and review committee is available for $15,000 (includes opportunity to provide a case study) or $7,500; view the prospectus for additional details.

Signature Events

EE Global

On Wednesday, June 15 the Alliance will host its 15th annual Energy Efficiency Global Forum. For more than a decade, EE Global has served as the efficiency elite’s gathering place – the one event that draws together business executives, government leaders, and advocates from across sectors and continents for actionable dialogues on advancing energy efficiency. This year’s Forum will discuss energy efficiency’s role as the first solution for ensuring an equitable, affordable, and reliable clean energy transition, with sessions tackling the policy frameworks, financing mechanisms, technologies, and best practices needed to succeed.

Tickets from $400; Sponsorships ranging from $5,000-$20,000; view the prospectus or visit eeglobalforum.org for additional information.
