Mikelann Scerbo joined the Alliance in August 2017. Before joining the Alliance, Mikelann carried out member coordination and assisted in the development of equipment standards at the Air-conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI). Mikelann also worked at the building-design firm Arup as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer.
Mikelann earned a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a bachelor's degree in physics from New York University.
