Former Policy and Analysis Manager

Alexander Ratner was the Alliance’s Policy and Analysis Manager through August 2020. 

Before joining the Alliance in 2019, Alexander worked on Capitol Hill as an aide to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce with a portfolio focused on the Energy and Environment Subcommittees. He previously served as Counsel to the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform where he investigated cybersecurity firms, health care providers and America’s student debt crisis.

Originally from Maryland, Alexander earned a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the George Washington University. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland.
