The Subcommittee on Energy and Power will hold a hearing on Thursday, June 19, 2014, at 9:30 a.m. in 2123 Rayburn House Office Building.  The hearing is entitled “EPA’s Proposed Carbon Dioxide Regulations for Power Plants," and Janet McCabe, EPA's Assistant Administrator for the Office of Air and Radiation, will be the sole witness.
