As Chief Strategy Officer of Willdan (NASDAQ:WLDN), Adam oversees strategy for the company’s various business units including energy consulting, utility program implementation, commercial efficiency and energy savings performance contracting (ESPC). Willdan is one of the largest publicly traded clean energy firms, operating in more than 50 office across the US serving private and governmental clients, and partnering with 90+ utilities.

Prior to this role, Adam served as President & CEO of Lime Energy (NASDAQ:LIME) from startup through its current position as the leader in energy efficiency programs for small and midsized businesses. Lime Energy was bought by Willdan in 2018. Adam brings a wealth of industry experience to Willdan, including 12 years with AECOM Energy where he helped develop and manage over $2 billion worth of clean energy programs.

With a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management, he has vast experience working with public officials to develop clean energy regulations and legislation. He also has participated in a variety of working groups and committees on energy and sustainability policy and the state and federal level.
