Representing Natural Resources Canada at the Alliance's October 2010 Efficient Lighting Phase-In Webinar, Senior Standards Engineer Pierrette LeBlanc discussed several projects promoting the use of efficient lighting technologies in Canada, which started a national effort to phase in efficient general-use lighting in 2008 and expects a successful transition by 2012.
