FTC Lamp Labeling Requirements

Representing the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at the Alliance's October 2010 Efficient Lighting Phase-In Webinar, Bureau of Protection, Attorney Hampton Newsome discussed energy-related advertising and labeling, in particular the FTC’s lamp labeling requirements and plans to educate consumers about these new labels.
