2022 is an exciting year for all of us at the Alliance, as we celebrate both the 45th anniversary of the Alliance’s founding and the 15th anniversary of the Energy Efficiency Global Forum. And that’s why we are thrilled to announce that this June, EE Global Forum will be back in-person. Join us June 15 in Washington, D.C., for a full day of panels discussing energy efficiency’s role as the first solution for ensuring an equitable, reliable, and affordable clean energy transition.

Since 1996, the Alliance’s K12 programs have been fostering energy literacy, STEM education, and student leadership, and building the next generation of energy consumers and leaders. Our new digital EmPowered Schools platform has allowed us to serve more schools and more students than ever before, and to address important topics like climate change and environmental justice. The programs are also bringing energy education – as well as efficiency practices and programs –  into households, particularly those in hard-to-reach and disadvantaged communities.
