Stephen Ross currently works with local governments and schools in Texas to reduce electrical consumption. This work includes workshops, technical assistance and related energy engineering assistance. Also provides programmatic assistance with the facilitation of reports submitted by several sectors (Utility and Local Governments) to SECO as mandated by the Texas Legislature.
Ross previously worked with the City of Carrollton in the Planning and Economic Development Departments, as a Regional Environmental Planner with the North Central Texas Council of Governments, and as a Program Manager for State-wide Energy Efficiency Programs with the State Energy Conservation Office.
Ross attended the University of Kansas and graduated with a Bachelors in Environmental Planning.
