Rodney Sobin
Rodney Sobin joined the Alliance in 2009. He provides policy research and analysis on various topics and works on issues of evaluation, measurement and verification of energy efficiency projects and programs.
Prior to joining the Alliance, he worked with the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality where he worked in such areas as energy and climate, pollution prevention, innovative technology, and small business compliance assistance. Rodney also has experience in air pollution permitting and compliance. Rodney holds two master’s degrees in Biological Sciences and Technology and Human Affairs from Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor’s in Biology and Society from Cornell University.
