Randy Leslie joined Johnson Controls, Inc. in 1987. He is the Vice President of Marketing, Distribution and Product Support, Building Efficiencies Group. His responsibilities include overseeing strategic marketing, engineering services, learning and development, commercial operations and government & partnership relationships.

Leslie's previous positions at Johnson Controls, Inc. include: Group Vice President and General Manager, Customer Group Asia (3 years), Group Vice President and General Manager Product Group Complete Seat Asia (2 years concurrent), Vice President and General Manager, Ford Business Unit (2.5 years), Vice President and General Manager, Honda Business Unit (6 years), VP-GM General Motors Business Unit (3 years) and VP-GM Toyota Business Unit (3 years). Global experience includes General Management, Operational, Program Management, Technical, and Commercial responsibilities.

He is responsible for South East Asia business in Japan, Korea, Thailand, India, Indonesia and Malaysia. Have spent significant time in each of these countries while on assignment in Japan. Further, have spent a lot of time in Europe beyond an (18) month assignment in Germany, especially Spain, England & Romania. In addition, Leslie is responsible for the integration process of our India team after the acquisition of TJC. Then, lead the transition of the India team to our Customer Group/Product Group organizational alignment.

His business process experiences include: Business Process Leader for the Order to Cash (OTC) Value Stream of our Project Unity ERP deployment. Represented CS Asia in GMOC and was a member of the ‘Customer’ work group. Member of the Commercial Leadership Council and am leading the Asia Compliance Committee.

Mr. Randy Leslie holds a BA. in Business Administration from Michigan State University and a  M.B.A. from Wayne State University.
