Her 3M career began in the laboratory as a technical service engineer. Those early experiences to help customers use 3M products, created a passion to always be connected to the customer in future roles. 3M’s diversity of businesses and technologies provided the opportunity for her to hold roles in product marketing, business development, sales management, six sigma, strategic planning, commercialization leadership and general management over her career.
Maureen holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota. She is leading the “Science for Climate” sustainability pillar for 3M at the enterprise level.
