Andrea Marr is a Director at Willdan where she manages more than $500 million of utility energy efficiency programs. Prior to joining Willdan, she worked at Regatta Solutions where she worked on energy efficiency and renewable energy projects across California, with an emphasis on resilient infrastructure. She began her energy career at McKinstry in Seattle where she worked in building commissioning.
She has a Master’s in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University where her final coursework focused on the progress of USGBC’s LEED Green Building program. She holds a Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering from the US Naval Academy. She spent five years in the US Navy as Surface Warfare Officer (Nuclear) and in 2013 received the Champion of Change Award from the White House for her work in energy as a veteran. In 2018, she was elected to the Costa Mesa City Council, where she currently serves as the Vice Mayor.
