As Vice President of Energy Efficiency and Carbon Solutions, Tom leads the EnerNOC team delivering retro and monitoring based commissioning services and analytics to energy users as well as the team delivering carbon and emissions management solutions to customers. Before joining EnerNOC, Tom was the Chief Environmental Officer at TerraPass, a carbon-offset company. He has also held positions at Redback Networks, a telecommunications technology company, and Mercer Management Consulting. Tom received his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania – Wharton, and a degree in economics from Dartmouth College.
