Scott Thach

Scott Thach is the Project Manager for California’s PowerSave Schools program.  He will be overseeing five LPL’s in the Southern California region, and will be in charge of recruiting new districts and developing the program.  Previously, Scott worked as a Local Program Leader with the PowerSave Program.  Prior to joining the Alliance, Scott worked in education for 12 years, and is a children’s author.  He regularly visits schools to teach the creative process, and the importance of environmental sustainability.  He holds a master’s degree in education from the  California State University at Northridge, and a B.A. in Media Studies from Pomona College.
