To motivate, inform and empower Americans consumers take simple yet important steps to save money at the pump by being more fuel efficient, the Alliance to Save Energy, in partnership with The Wal-Mart Foundation and a number of other organizations, created the Drive $marter Challenge on May 20th, 2008.  "Static Electricity House" highlights a family's wild experiment to deal with high energy prices by powering their home with static electricity. The spot was judged #2 greatest commercial in the world in 2002. It has been rereleased in 2005 along with Super Powers.
