Lisa Elledge is the Stimulus Program Manager for the Comptroller of Public Accounts overseeing the administration of U.S. DOE funding allocated to the Texas State Energy Conservation Office. Elledge has extensive experience in government relations and public affairs including serving as the senior manager for public affairs and government relations with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc, the deputy assistant commissioner for governmental affairs at the Texas Department of Agriculture, legislative positions with U.S. Representatives Elton Gallegly (R-CA) and Larry Combest (R-Tx; ret.), and a government relations position with the National Grocers Association.
Elledge has a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in government and history.
