The energy efficiency sector's aging workforce coupled with a growing market for energy efficient buildings, services and products, evidences the need for skilled workers more than ever before. This discussion will bring together leaders in the energy sector to discuss how workforce development programs can help to address not only a gap in the number of workers available to meet the needs of the industry, but also combat the ever present problem of insufficient qualifications, certifications and education among energy efficiency job applicants.

Space is limited, so register online to reserve your seat. Please note that the SVC Rooms are located in the expansion space of the Capitol Visitor Center. The Capitol Visitor Center, the new entrance to the U.S. Capitol, is located on the East front at First Street and East Capitol Street, NE.
