A stakeholders group has been established to advise and assist the Commonwealth on elements that could be included in the state compliance plan to meet the final U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Clean Power Plan rule for the control of greenhouse gases. The purpose of this meeting is for DEQ to coordinate and facilitate discussions of this group in an effort to find common ground and elements that could be included in the state compliance plan for the Commonwealth. Please note that while this is a public meeting and members of the public are invited to attend, only members of the stakeholders group will be asked to participate.
