Kevin Yingling is an Account Manger with the Delaware Electric Cooperative (DEC) in Greenwood, Delaware responsible for the oversight of all Commercial & Industrial accounts. He is also responsible for residential energy efficiency, conservation & auditing as well as marketing and public outreach. DEC’s goal is to provide reliable power at the lowest possible cost for everyone while encouraging energy efficiency.
