Evan R. Gaddis is president and CEO of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA), the leading trade association in the United States representing the interests of electrical and medical imaging manufacturers.
Before joining NEMA, Mr. Gaddis served as president of the Gas Appliance Manufacturers Association representing products of the heating industry.
Previously, Mr. Gaddis built a successful career in the United States Army. His later assignments involved Command of the Army Community and Family Support Center, overseeing For-Profit Businesses, and Commanding General, Army Recruiting Command. He retired from the United States Army as a Major General.
Mr. Gaddis holds a B.S. from Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma, and an M.B.A. from the National University in San Diego, California. He is a graduate of the Army Command and General Staff College and The National War College. Evan and his wife, Bonnita, have two children, Brent and Renee.
