Born and raised outside of Detroit, Michigan, Chris received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kalamazoo College and a law degree from Vermont Law School. He began his legislative work drafting tax incentives to promote environmental restoration and energy conservation. In March of 2007, he moved to the office of Senator Stabenow where he works on behalf of his home-state Senator. Chris handles Senator Stabenow’s work on energy, climate and environmental legislation and issues. Currently his priorities include work on issues related to the Energy and Finance Committees.
