An update on FEMP and Executive Order 13514

In this EE Noon, Richard G. Kidd IV, Program Manager of the Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) will provide an overview of federal energy use and FEMP’s mission and services.  He will also describe Executive Order 13514, which establishes federal agency sustainability objectives covering energy, water use, stormwater management, recycling and waste reduction, green buildings and procurement.  Mr. Kidd will give an update on E.O. 13514 implementation and FEMP’s important role in helping federal agencies to achieve the executive order’s goals.
