The Evening with the Stars of Energy Efficiency Awards Dinner has been the preeminent showcase for energy efficiency’s most industrious advocates and innovators since its inception in 1993. The black tie affair typically draws more than 500 energy leaders from industry, government and academia.

September 20th, 2007 marked the 15th Annual Evening with the Stars of Energy Efficiency Awards Dinner. Drawing more than 500 energy leaders from industry, government and academia, the Awards Dinner has become a highly anticipated event in the energy efficiency community.

With escalating energy costs and an ever-increasing global demand for energy, there has never been a greater time to pause and recognize the efforts of those working to advance energy efficiency. During this historical evening the Alliance to Save Energy celebrated its 30th anniversary and honored the 2007 Stars of Energy Efficiency Award recipients, who have demonstrated a significant and tangible commitment to the cause of energy efficiency. The awards gala also featured a look back on the Alliance's thirty-year history while recognizing distinguished guests who impacted the organization's illustrious past and will help shape its promising future.
