Zero Energy Commercial Buildings Consortium Hosts Capitol Hill Briefing

June 2010 – As part of the High Performance Building Congressional Caucus Coalition High-Performance Building Week, the Commercial Buildings Consortium (CBC) will host a luncheon briefing on Friday, June 18, 2010, from 12:30 – 2:00 p.m. at 2325 Rayburn House Office Building.

The briefing will cover the Commercial Buildings Initiative's (CBI) progress to date, from the perspectives of CBI and CBC partners.

Speakers include Jim Rannels, team leader at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Building Technologies Program; David Terry, executive director of the National Association of State Energy Officials; Bill Sisson, director of sustainability at United Technologies Research Center; and Kevin Kampschroer, director of the Office of Federal High-Performance Green Buildings at the U.S. General Services Administration.
