Meet Neil McPhail of Best Buy, an Alliance Associate.  McPhail is the senior vice president and general manager of Best Buy’s New Business Solution Group, a role dedicated to greening the fleet of Best Buy retail stores and products. While Alliance President Kateri Callahan interviews McPhail for the inaugural “Meet the Associate” segment, McPhail shares Best Buy’s latest energy efficiency initiatives.  He also reveals why the Alliance’s mission to advance energy efficiency is so critical to his company’s future.
