- Alliance President Kateri Callahan was interviewed by New York City cable news station NY1. Callahan explains how home owners can significantly lower energy bills this winter by making simple changes in the house.
- The Alliance’s Executive Vice President for Programs and Development Brian Castelli explained why energy-efficient light bulbs can last as long as a mortgage on Denver’s KUSA-TV.
- TIME magazine asked Alliance President Kateri Callahan to submit a commentary on whether consumers can change their behavior and become more energy efficient. Of course she said “Yes!”
- Alliance President Kateri Callahan commented on the possibilities for energy efficiency initiatives in the American Jobs Act for the National Journal's Energy Experts blog.

WKU along with five other college campuses in the Tennessee Valley will be more energy efficient thanks to the new Alliance-TVA Green Campus Network program.
