Executive Reactions To Energy Efficiency

This document describes lessons learned in promoting industrial energy efficiency and its business impacts to executive decision-makers. This experience encompasses the New York Executives for Energy Efficiency program experience as well as other initiatives. This study provides insight on the challenges faced in promoting industrial energy efficiency through public/private communication initiatives. The lessons derived from this research will be useful in shaping future programs that attempt to increase industry’s greater practice of energy efficiency.
