The International Copper Association, Ltd. (ICA) is the leading organization for the promotion of copper worldwide. The ICA Network globally accounts for more than 80% of all copper produced and used yearly. Headquartered in New York, ICA executes programs through regional offices in Brussels, Santiago, Singapore and New York, and 31 centers on six continents, active in over 60 countries in such fields as energy efficiency of appliances and equipment; safe and effective delivery of electricity, potable water and gas; effects of copper on human health and environment; and development of new technologies that contribute to economic development and improved quality of life.
