To motivate, inform and empower Americans consumers take simple yet important steps to save money at the pump by being more fuel efficient, the Alliance to Save Energy, in partnership with The Wal-Mart Foundation and a number of other organizations, created the Drive $marter Challenge on May 20th, 2008.
