Andy Holzhauser is a Certified Public Accountant and spent the first 8 years of his career in accounting and finance roles, most recently serving as the controller at Cincinnati Center City Development Corporation (3CDC) through 2008.  Since January 2009, he has been working full time on the incubation of the Greater Cincinnati Energy Alliance (GCEA) – a non-profit organization that provides educational, project management, and financing services for energy efficient and renewable energy upgrades in existing buildings.  GCEA, in partnership with local governments, the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, Duke Energy, local workforce development agencies and other public and private sector partners, brings scalable building retrofit solutions that are simplified and streamlined enough to achieve mass-market adoption. 

Holzhauser has undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting from Miami University (2001 and 2002, respectively) and resides in the Over-The-Rhine neighborhood within the City of Cincinnati.
