The Latest in Energy Efficiency
“Today’s Senate confirmation of Dr. Ernest Moniz as secretary of energy is hugely important to achieving the goal of doubling U.S. energy productivity that is shared by the Alliance to Save Energy and our president. And the broad, bipartisan support that Dr. Moniz drew by a 97-0 vote demonstrates that it is possible to move important energy policy matters through the Senate.
The Alliance to Save Energy, Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC), Business Roundtable (BRT), National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce will discuss common ground on energy efficiency, an area that enjoys strong, bipartisan support.
The leading voices on energy and sustainability will convene on Washington for EE Global, the premier international energy efficiency conference hosted by the Alliance to Save Energy.
